How to return an item:

  • Please contact us by E-mail to return@brandorganic.ca before shipping your product and mention us the order number and the reason for return;
  • In order to get full refund the product must be unopened. Open products will qualify for store credit once we receive the product back. Store credit will depend on the amount of product consumed;
  • If merchandise arrives damaged – it’s best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for BO to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify BO immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify BO of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions;
  • Defective products can be returned directly to BO within 14 days from the invoice date, at BO discretion for credit, replacement or exchange;
  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase;
  • Mail your returned item to: BrandOrganic, Inc., Returns Department, 4005 Bayview Ave., Unit 201, Toronto, ON M2M 3Z9, Canada.

Important: Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt;

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
