Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.

Free Shipping: Free economy shipping on orders of $75.00 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote and difficult to serve locations. Add more than $75 worth of items into your cart (before taxes, fees and after discounts/promo codes), smaller orders are charged a flat rate $9.95.

Orders: We ship via Canada Post Expedited Service 1- 5 business days across Canada (these time frames are not guaranteed by brandorganic.ca and are also subject to change during higher volume periods).

Rural areas: Please note that there are certain locations that will require extra shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.

US Orders: Do not qualify for free shipping and are automatically charged a flat rate of $29.95. Please note that there are certain locations that will require extra shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order. The customer is responsible for any duties that may be charged by US customs. We cannot process returns/refunds and exchanges from the USA. All US sales are final.

Customer Pickups: We operate out of a warehouse facility and in order to keep costs low and to conform with our insurance we cannot allow customer pickups. Local customers please order online this is the quickest service we can provide.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment.

Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and Canada Post has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $15.00 will be to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by Canada Post and the item is “returned to sender” Canada Post will charge for the return postage and there will be additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be to your account. If at that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back minus the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.

Shipping fees are subject to change: Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.

Shipping & Handling-5

BrandOrganic provides two shipping options – Economy Shipping and Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time:

  • Standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $75.00. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Orders below $75.00 are subject to a $9.95 shipping fee. BrandOrganic ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
  • Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote and difficult to serve locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible
